Return Center:

If you prefer a different size, it is possible to request an exchange and choose the desired size in our Return Center. (or you can email us)

Step 1: Use the original box you received your order with, and place your item(s) inside.

Step 2 Go to our return center: Return Center - elliza (returnscenter.com)

Step 3. Enter your email address and order number;

Step 4. Select the items you want to return and the reason for returning; note that we dont accept refunds on hygiene products like; body's, swimwear or underwear (our lace body included)

Step 5. Ship your package to the following adress:

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges. 

Return period:

You can return item to us within 14 days of receiving your original order. 

Remember that the merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all the ELLIZA tags attached. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us - remember to ask for a sending receipt, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof that you have sent it. When you return your order, please remember to put your returns note (which you can download here) in the parcel. 

Return cost:

Please note - duties, taxes, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. As an international customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. 

Please be aware - you will need to cover the shipping costs yourself (unless you received the wrong item or any faulty/damaged clothing).

How do I return?
  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable? 
  • Within 14 days from the date of receiving your original order.
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
The item I received is damaged!

If your purchased item(s) are defective/faulty, please e-mail us within 48 hours to: team@elliza.co for further details. ELLIZA will, for any products deemed defective, provide a new product or a full refund, including the cost of delivery (up to 12.50 euro).

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 3-5  working days after approval. (This also depends on your payment methode)

 In the event that you haven't received a refund yet, first check your account balance with the payment method you used. Please note that it always takes some processing time before a refund is issued. In the event that you have already contacted your payment carriers and banks and regardless of you have not gotten your refund yet.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Hygiene products; body's, swimwear, underwear, etc.
  • Gift cards
